For OMZ srl, the rotating washing heads have always been a hallmark of the wide range of production that characterizes our business. First made by us, and then taken as a reference by the competition without ever reaching the same level of quality, our rotating washing heads have various areas of application and can also be made in Atex for Zone 0.
They range from the internal washing of tanks and tanks with the WV series rotating washing heads (minimum parameters 20 liters per minute of flow rate with pressure from 20 to 400 bar) to the external washing of irregularly shaped vehicles, railway and road chassis, with those belonging to the TW series (minimum parameters 20 liters per minute of flow rate with pressure between 40 and 400 bar), to the washing of open-top containers or waste bins with the LC series (minimum parameters 30 liters per minute of flow rate and pressure between 40 and 250 bar). There are also the rotating washing heads of the WZ-VZ series (minimum parameters 20 liters per minute of flow rate and pressure between 20 and 250 bar) which are used for washing IBCs or small containers. They all work by reaction of the water coming out of the nozzles. Finally, we have the EP series rotary cleaners that work thanks to a pneumatic or electric motor that does not require any flow rate and pressure ratio but have a maximum operating pressure of 200 bar and are used for washing drums and small containers.
Each rotaing head is distinguished by a serial number that allows the traceability of its history.
The components of our rotating washing heads are made in almost all of our workshop with high quality precision machinery. In this regard, our workshop has recently been enriched with a new machine (now we have two) with numerical control (Doosan Puma 2600 Y2) for the production of components, to allow a response to customer requests in shorter time. and give our warehouse a better and more efficient storage capacity.
