Sensitive to market demands, OMZ has prepared a Kit, developed to solve the problem of washing the internal part of concrete mixers, bearing in mind all the dynamics and problems that this washing involves, in the management of the mixer.
As a first element, we have envisaged the construction of a pump unit for high pressure, capable of delivering 100 liters of water per minute with a pressure of 100 bar, complete with: ceramic piston pump, 18.5 kW electric motor, filter suction, regulation valve and by-pass, maximum pressure safety valve, safety pressure switch, electronic liter-counter, with data transmission, in order to take into account the same in the next mixture, Touch Screen panel for programming the intervention.
The pump group feeds a pair of rotating washing heads, our model P200, supplied complete with flange, for their correct fixing on the mixer.
The pump group is suitable for running two rotating heads at the same time.
In the case of large mixers, whether planetary or with horizontal axis, where the use of four rotating washing heads is envisaged, the pump group will be complete with two pneumatically operated ¾ “PN 500 stainless steel valves, to feed automatically , first two and then the other two rotating heads.
The washing head, in the terminal part, where the bevel couple is located, which allows it to reach every internal point of the mixer, is protected by a casing, which prevents liquid cement from entering and blocking its operation.
The engine installed is of the ATLAS COPCO brand, highly reliable, to be powered, preferably with dry air at 6 bar.
On request, we can also supply, again for large mixers, a 30 KW pump unit, to be able to feed the four rotating heads at the same time.
The supply also includes a manual washing lance, for cleaning the entire workstation.
Still in the concrete packaging sector, our company produces a washing head particularly useful for washing the concrete transfer wagons, in prefabricated companies, to be fed with poma units from 40 liters to 100 bar.
