Integration of the high pressure washing on washing plants with brushes
This integration consists in arranging the traditional washing plants – destinated to industrial vehicles – with a high pressure system, able to wash those parts of the vehicle, which the brushes can’t reach and should otherwise be manually washed, with a waste of time and of money.
A classic example is the external side of the chassis of the trucks, which can be perfectly and quickly cleaned installing a couple of our rotating washing heads TW 300.3 ( one for each side ) on the uprights of the washing portal.
This washing system is fed through a special pump group for high water delivery, which works at a pressure between 80 bar and 110 bar.
The washing water is heated through heat exchangers and mixed – when necessary – with detergents, through high pressure dosing pumps.
