Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and\/or automated processing.    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Retention time of processed data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Owner will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Processing of navigation data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. It is about information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method use in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user\u2019s IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Your data will not be disclosed.     <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9) Data transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The management and storage of personal data will take place in Europe, on servers located in Italy of the Owner and\/or third party Companies in charge and duly appointed as Data Controllers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>10) Nature of providing data and consequences of refusing to respond<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 is mandatory.
