Among our achievements, the internal washing of the tanks is of great importance. We remind you that it is essential to always have a clean and sterilized environment inside the tanks, to allow the transport of food and chemical products in complete safety.
In this regard, we present our technical solution for the production of pressurized, instantaneous hot water, to be used to feed the washing lines of both food and chemical tanks.
The device consists of two elements, the pressure pump group and the boiler group.
The pump unit is complete with: ceramic piston pump, 38 kW three-phase electric motor, centrifugal pump, maximum pressure safety valve, safety pressure switch, safety flow switch, pressure gauge.
The boiler group is complete with: pair of coupled coil boilers, pair of double flame oil burners, working thermostat, safety thermostat, thermometer.
The connection between the pump group and the boiler group is made by means of a 1” rubber hose.
The set is complete with electric control panel with Touch Screen panel, from which it is possible to memorize a series of programs, with which to determine the execution times of the various phases, the temperature of the various phases, the insertion of the detergent, etc.
The whole is able to feed a washing line with 4/5 rotating washing heads.
