To meet the washing needs of means of transport, in an undifferentiated way, with regular or irregular bodywork, OMZ srl has created a completely automated system, which is able to meet the needs of every sector, from that related to ecology, for waste collection vehicles, for the transport of liquids, with tankers to that linked to earth moving vehicles, etc. It is essential that all pollutants are removed and the vehicle returns to its optimal condition. There are many companies in the area that only use brushes, relegating the completion of the operation to manual interventions, using a lance. The system supplied by OMZ srl completes the normal brush portal with high total pressure, through the use of its rotating heads, in order to avoid human intervention reducing costs and time for the execution of the washing.
The mobile portal composed as follows can perform the following interventions:
- Brushes only
- Brushes and high pressure on the outside of the frame
- Brushes and integral high pressure
- Integral high pressure only
It is particularly suitable for:
- Washing systems for third parties
- Tankers
- Earth moving vehicles
- Vehicles for concrete mixing
- Car transporters
- Vehicles for waste collection
The final result is of absolute quality and satisfies the most demanding customers and in particular those with irregular vehicles that until yesterday were only forced to wash by hand.
If desired, it is possible to complete the washing system with a trolley dedicated to washing chassis complete with two heads (same model as the portal), mounted in pit below the washing arch, which also has the task of collecting waste.
The trolley will automatically perform the following runs for the length of the vehicle only:
First run: distribution of alkaline detergent
Second idle stroke
Two return trips with pressurized water for total removal of dirt from the chassis.
The aforementioned runs will be performed by the external washing arc during the distribution of the detergent.
The system is single which, in combination with the washing of the chassis, falls within the required characteristics, for the application of Industry 4.0, with which to request a tax credit of 40% on the entire cost of the equipment.
