Among the range of systems produced by OMZ srl, particularly important is that relating to centralized washing, intended for activities in which several points in which to intervene with the aid of a washing lance are identified, for cleaning parts, rather than premises, machines, equipment, etc.

The system consists of a multi-pump unit, designed to satisfy the simultaneous washing desired, operating by cascade, one to the other, depending on the flow requirements, related to the operations in progress.

To allow an equal use time for all the pumps, they are automatically rotated by one position every day.

The system works with the total stop device for a predefined time, so that a pump never remains in operation when it is not used.

In the construction of the pump unit, all the legal provisions in terms of safety are respected and original Interpump components are installed for reliability.

The group can optionally supply hot or cold water, stored in tanks adjacent to the group itself.

Through distribution lines for the two waters, made of stainless steel, the various users will be fed.

Each user is given by

  • Stainless steel hose reel with 180 ° swing and automatic recall of the rubber hose
  • Automatic washing lance
  • Button to give consent to the detergent suction
  • Selector for choosing between cold and hot water
  • Push buttons for timed start of operations

As regards the supply of hot water or a hypothetical presence of the same on the site is used, or OMZ srl, provides for the supply of a production system.

Uses of the plant:

  • Agro-food centers
  • Chemical and pharmaceutical industries
  • Transport companies
  • Waste collection companies
  • Industries in which more points for washing are identified

The OMZ srl technical staff remains available for a design in keeping with the real needs of the customer, optimizing consumption and routes to be used.
